If at any time during the warranty period, these products are found to have defects in materials or workmanship, Yozaa will, at its discretion, repair or replace them free of charge, No receipt required and fully transferable. Yozaa cannot honor the guarantee of Yozaa products that have been disassembled, modified, or worked on by anyone not authorized by Yozaa. Warranty is void if damage results from unauthorized repair, alteration, abuse, or misuse. The warranty does not cover defects due to normal wear and tear. Yozaa shall use reasonable efforts to repair or replace any products covered by this warranty within 7-10 business days of receipt and will notify the customer if the repair should require more time.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONSThis warranty does not cover/include the following:
- Any damage to the case, the housing, the mechanics, or the optics that is cosmetic only and that does not affect the product’s operation or performance (as determined by Yozaa);
- Damage caused by failing to get reasonable and necessary maintenance on the product or failing to follow the product’s operating instructions;
- Any damage as a result of unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly by someone other than a Yozaa Authorized Service Department;
- Any intentional damage, misuse or abuse;
- Ordinary wear and tear; or
- Any product where the product’s date stamp or other serialization codes have been removed or otherwise made unreadable.
Limitations of Normal Wear and TearLens caps and covers, cases, pouches, and straps are covered for their lifetime to the original owner but are not covered for accidental loss. Optical coatings may develop small blemishes through normal wear and tear or abuse under various environmental conditions over time and the determination of coverage is at the sole discretion of Yozaa. Return & RepairAll product returned for warranty and repair work must have RMA number and may be obtained HERE. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted by our technical repair and warranty team. When packing your Yozaa product for return shipping, be sure to write the RMA number on the box where it can easily be seen and be sure to provide your full name, complete return shipping address, email address, a daytime phone number where you can be reached, and the reason for returning the product, on a large slip of paper inserted into the box. Yozaa recommends that you ship the product via fully insured and trackable express ways. Yozaa, nor its dealers are not responsible for damaged or lost packages or for shipping costs associated with the product being shipped to Yozaa. Upon receipt, you will be contacted by email or phone to notify you if the repairs will be performed under warranty or if there will be a charge associated with the repair. Usual turnaround time for repairs is approximately 3-4 weeks (pending receipt of payment and availability of parts). You will be notified if parts are in stock or if they have to be ordered at the time your product is reviewed by our technical team.
